Senator
calls for burqa ban after robbery
A Liberal senator has
sparked outrage and debate
after he called for a ban on
wearing the burqa in public,
saying it is
"un-Australian".
South Australian senator
Cory Bernardi (pictured
left) yesterday (6 May)
wrote a post on his personal
blog saying the veil was
"emerging as the preferred
disguise of bandits and n'er
do wells".
It followed reports that a
gunman wearing a full black
burqa and sunglasses had
robbed a Sydney store
yesterday (6 May).
Senator Bernardi also said
he believed the burqa
stopped women from
integrating into Australian
society "The burqa isolates
some Australians from
others," he wrote.
"It is un-Australian — and
its symbolic barrier is far
greater than the measure of
cloth it is created from.
"For safety and for society,
the burqa needs to be
banned."
In reaction to the comments,
Opposition Leader Tony
Abbott said the ban was not
Coalition policy despite
there being "understandable
concern in the community"
about the burqa.
The burqa was recently
outlawed in public in
Belgium, amid similar
movements in France — where
President Nicolas Sarkozy
wants it banned.
Islamic Friendship
Association's Keysar Trad
told the Daily Telegraph he
believed Senator Bernardi's
call was a political stunt.
"It's tantamount to denying
them the right to drive, the
right to enjoy all the
services of society as well
as equal opportunity," Mr
Trad said.
But counter-terrorism and
aviation security consultant
Roger Henning said anything
which prevented
identification posed "a
massive risk" to public
safety.
"People have used burqas to
escape prison, for bank
robberies and terrorists
carrying explosive devices
are sometimes disguised as
women," Mr Henning said.
Nine News is conducting a
poll at
www.ninemsn.com.au on
whether the burqa should be
banned in public.
AFIC
Response
The President
of Muslims Australia – AFIC
commenting on the statement
issue by Liberal Senator
Cory Bernardi calling for a
ban on burqa - the Muslim
head covering as irrational
and un- Australian. Mr Patel
stated, for over 200 years
this wonderful country was
and is being built on its
diversity of nationalities,
races and religions.
Mr Patel,
welcomed comments by Prime
Minister Kevin Rudd and
Deputy Prime Minister Hon
Julia Gillard, that the
burqu should not be seen as
posing a threat and that
people are free to choose
how they dress.
Mr Patel,
questioned whether calls by
Senator Bernadi and the like
to ban the burqa on grounds
of identity
It will be a sad
day when
citizens are
subject to a
mono culture,
mono religion,
mono lifestyle,
MONOTONOUS!
are also
calling for bans on
balaclavas, bike helmets,
ladies stockings/tights and
face masks, all of which can
disguise or hide one’s
identity.
He further
stated, some Muslim women,
and feminists, object to the
ban on the burqa on the
grounds that the State has
no right to tell women what
they should wear.
Mr Patel,
concluded, “Australian
values include fair-go,
dignity and freedom. As long
as anyone, regardless of
gender or dress is not
posing a threat to
themselves or society and
lives by the law of the
land, should be free to
choose their lifestyle,
without fear or harm”.
It will be a
sad day when citizens are
subject to a mono culture,
mono religion, mono
lifestyle, MONOTONOUS!

REVIEW
NEW YORK - A would-be
provocative satire that too
often settles for
sitcom-grade silliness, "The
Infidel" represents an
opportunity wasted.
Written by comedian David
Baddiel, this effort about a
British-Pakistani Muslim who
discovers that he actually
is Jewish certainly boasts
timeliness in its subject
matter. But despite some
funny gags, the film never
manages to hit its comic
targets. It was showcased at
the Tribeca Film Festival
and is receiving a limited
theatrical release from
Tribeca Films.
Stand-up comic Omid Djalili
plays the central role of
Mahmud Nasir, a family man
who's proud of his Muslim
heritage but far more
secular than observant. His
world gets shaken to the
core after his mother dies
and he finds out not only
that was he adopted, but
that his birth parents were
Jewish and his real name is
-- wait for it, wait for it
-- Solly Shimshilewitz!
Desperate to make contact
with his seriously ill birth
father, he approaches his
curmudgeonly Jewish neighbor,
Lennie (Richard Schiff), for
some quick lessons in how to
be a member of the tribe.
The resulting farcical
scenes in which Mahmud
learns the correct
inflection of "oy" and the
way to shrug one's shoulders
with the proper degree of
Semitic resignation are the
funniest in the film.
Complicating matters even
further is that Mahmud has
been importuned by his son
to pretend to be a strictly
observant Muslim for the
sake of his fiancee's
father, a fundamentalist
Muslim cleric. (This plot
element, along with the
scenes in which Mahmud
learns how to act Jewish,
makes the film seem like a
religious-themed variant of
"La Cage aux Folles.")
Clearly, there's plenty of
fodder for sharp and timely
satire, but "Infidel"
largely restricts itself to
safer ground, its
predictable gags revolving
around such things as matzoh
ball soup and the
difficulties of keeping
one's yarmulke on straight.
Still, it earns points for
at least trying. The two
leads make a terrific comic
team, with Djalili'a deadpan
style of physical humour
perfectly complementing
Schiff's hilarious,
fast-paced wisecracking.
SBS wins
4 logies as wog TV beats Channel 9 and ABC: Hany, Kavan
and Radomsky
SBS has won 4 coveted
Logies, including for best
drama series and best actor.
Don Hany with an Iraqi
father and Hungarian mother,
joins Lebanese Australian
actor Firass Dirani (star of
Channel 9's Underbelly 3:
the Golden Mile and Cleo
Bachelor of the Year) in
providing a new positive
powerful and attractive spin
to the old idea "of Middle
Eastern appearance".
The wins by Hany and Dirani
(and the Most Outstanding
Actress winner Claudia Kavan
for her performance in the
Tony Ayers SBS movie Saved )
indicate that the generally
white-bread casting by all
the other channels and their
use of bland story lines,
does not fit with the
desires of the Australian
public nor the values of the
industry practitioners.
Hopefully we'll see
something more interesting
on the other channels in the
future.

The South
African Soccer World Cup Corner
With the World Cup a few
weeks away and many
Australians making their way
to South Africa, CCN will,
over the next few weeks,
bring readers, heading out to
the Rainbow Nation, up to
speed with world cup
news, and the local
politics, idiosyncrasies,
personalities and culture of
the country.
FIFA and Sony have chosen
Waka Waka (This Time for
Africa) as the official song
of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™
in South Africa. The song
was written by Shakira, the
world-famous singer from
Latin America, who will
perform with South African
band Freshlyground.
Once again, the announcement
of the official FIFA World
Cup™ song was keenly
awaited. Waka Waka (This
Time for Africa) is the name
of the new football anthem,
and with its rhythmical
African sounds, the song
represents the vitality and
energy of the host
continent. South African
guitars back up the
Afro-Colombian rhythm and
Soca beat. The chorus is
similar to that of a popular
Cameroon song made famous by
Golden Voices in particular.

FIFA President Joseph S.
Blatter is delighted with
the new FIFA World Cup Song:
“Waka Waka (This Time for
Africa) represents what we
football fans can expect in
South Africa: liveliness,
power and dynamism. It
represents the four-week
festival of football we are
about to witness in South
Africa. Nothing represents
the joy of football better
than music, especially when
it is a song so full of
energy and dynamism like
Waka Waka.”
Shakira will perform the
song with the famous South
African band Freshlyground.
“I am honoured that Waka
Waka (This Time for Africa)
has been chosen to be part
of the excitement and the
legacy of the 2010 FIFA
World Cup,” said Shakira.
“The FIFA World Cup is a
miracle of global
excitement, connecting every
country, race, religion and
condition around a single
passion. It represents an
event that has the power to
unite and integrate, and
that’s what this song is
about.”
“We are thrilled to have
collaborated with Shakira on
Waka Waka (This Time For
Africa), especially as we
feel that the song captures
the spirit and energy of the
African FIFA World Cup,”
said Zolani Mahola of
Freshlyground. “We are
certain that the song will
inspire people around the
world to celebrate the
gathering of nations at the
place where it all started.
Here in Africa!”

You are well aware as a vibrant member of Muslim
community in Sydney that the Australian Muslim
Welfare Centre (AMWC), a largest registered Islamic
organisation located in Campbelltown area in terms
of its active general and life members has been
looking for a property suitable for its proposed
Centre Complex consists of a House of Allah (Masjid)
and other amenities for the use our children,
youths, elders and future generations.
You will be extremely happy to know that it is ONLY
the Omnipotent Allah's Great Mercy that an
industrial property has recently emerged in the
market for an open auction to be made for sale on
Thursday, the 6th May 2010. The property on the list
is located in Macquarie Fields (76 Atchison Rd) and
close to Glenfield Railway station (please refer to
the attached file for more information). Our
brothers in AMWC has visited the property and found
it ready to use for AMWC Centre Complex, mainly for
conducting daily congregational prayers including
Jum`ah prayer.
A community consultation meeting has been called by
the AMWC on Sunday, May 02, 2010 at 3.30pm in Minto
Community Hall (at Surry St, corner of Redfern Rd),
Minto in order to seek valuable advices and
commitment of Qard Hasan (short/long term benevolent
loans) & donations from our brothers and sisters.
I urge and appeal to all concerned in our very
active and vibrant community to come forward to help
us secure this property for the noblest project.
Please attend this consultation meeting and advice
us as to how we could well plan and precede
accordingly in order to secure this ready and most
sought after property for the use of AMWC Centre
Complex, especially to use as a Masjid. In case you cannot attend the meeting please invite your
friends as well as the potential people in the
community to attend it and support the cause, and of
course your own contributions be in the form of
donations or beautiful loans, will be a great asset
for us and you will be rewarded manifold by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta`ala.
There is every reason to believe that this is the
right time to take the right decision to secure this
property for the noble cause of using it as a Masjid,
and as such I think that WE MUST NOT MISS THIS
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR OWN BENEFITS.
Please keep this very truth in your mind that we
might not be able to avail such a unique and great
opportunity in future in the event we miss this
chance for our own negligence.
I wholeheartedly supplicate to Allah, our Lord, The
Creator, The Sustainer, The All-Powerful to shower
us with His enormous blessings and guide us to
purchase this targeted property to establish His
HOUSE on His earth to worship Him alone.

Dear Editor, assalamualikum,
I have a very special request, and would be very
grateful to anyone that is able to help.
My dear friend and sister in Islam is getting
married, alhumdulillah, and I asked her what her
wish was for her wedding.
She told me that she loves the dua made by the
Prophet (saws) for the married couple, both the one
in the khutbah at the time or the ‘aqd/nikah, and
the one he wished the newlyweds after they were
married – and that she thought rather than the
fanfare and entertainment for guests that is not
Islamic.
If there was a qari
who could read this dua in a beautiful voice and
mention the names of her and her husband, that it
would not only be personal and strong, but it would
remind people to make dua, and that this is the best
gift that you can give to newlyweds.
I would have happily done it myself except that it
would not be appropriate for a woman’s voice to be
heard loudly by both men and women – so my request
is if there are any brothers, or anyone knows a
sheikh, who would be willing and able to save a high
quality recording of their recitation of this dua
with the names of the bride and groom, I would be
extremely grateful.
It is not a quranic ayat so obviously the term
‘recitation’ is used a little loosely, I am sure you
all know what I mean.
The recordings could be emailed to me, saved onto a
memory stick or burnt onto a cd and dhl’d over to me
if that is easier.
Once she has heard the sound bite and is happy, I
will gladly pay for any costs incurred in recording
and sending the dua, as well as for your time.
If you are unable to help but think you know someone
who may be amenable to the idea please do let me
know, any information or direction at all would be
helpful. The contact email is
duaformarriage@gmail.com.

In addition, the first

Thursday’s elections were

Labour to the Conservatives
and resulted in one of two
Muslim ministers, Shahid

parliamentary seat for
Dewsbury in northern England
by just over 1,500 votes.
But Transport Minister Sadiq

votes.
Khalid Mahmood also

In Glasgow Central, Anas
Sarwar also increased
Labour’s majority to almost
16,000 in replacing his
father Mohammed Sarwar, who
stepped down at the election
after becoming Britain’s
first Muslim MP back in
1979.
Over 90 Muslim candidates of
various political
persuasions stood in the

22 women.
Three Muslim women, all
Labour, became the first to
enter parliament.
The first Muslim woman to
win was Yasmin Qureshi
winning in the Bolton South

north-west England, but by a
reduced majority of more
than 8,600.
Shabana Mahmood increased
the majority of outgoing

to more than 10,000 in
Birmingham Ladywood in
central England.
Rushnara Ali won with a huge
majority of 11,000 defeating
Abjol Miah of Respect Party
to third place in Bethnal

Ajmal Masroor came second.
The first Muslim
Conservatives to be elected
were Sajid Javid, who
retained Bromsgrove with an
increased majority of more
than 11,000 in Bromsgrove,
central England and Rehman

8,500 votes in newly-created
Gillingham and Rainham in
south-east England.

to become a UK MP by
successfully defending the

KUALA LUMPUR
(AFP) - Entrepreneurs
producing "halal" cosmetics
say the global market is
booming as more Muslims opt
for beauty products that
conform to Islamic rules.
Famiza Zulkifli made her
first halal soap four years
ago, after searching in vain
for the right products to
bathe her baby. Now her
business has an annual
turnover of 1.6 million
dollars.
"Halal is an issue for
Muslims. At the end of the
day, everyone will die and
God will ask you what have
you done," said the
Malaysian
singer-turned-entrepreneur.
Famiza, who unusually for a
Malaysian woman wears the
black niqab that only
reveals her eyes, now
exports dozens of top-to-toe
beauty products to
Indonesia, Cambodia,
Thailand and Brunei.
The concept of halal, which
means "permissible" in
Arabic, is mainly applied to
food. Pork and its
by-products, animals not
slaughtered according to
Koranic procedures and
alcohol are all "haram" or
forbidden.
But manufacturers are
cashing in on the concept
that virtually all goods and
services can be certified
halal, including cosmetics,
pharmaceuticals, clothing,
financial services and even
tour packages.
Like their conventional
counterparts, halal
cosmetics -- including
lipstick, deodorant and
alcohol-free perfume -- can
contain animal ingredients
but they must be prepared
according to Islamic codes
on slaughter and
preparation.
Halal is an
issue for
Muslims. At the
end of the day,
everyone will
die and God will
ask you what
have you done
"Even the small amount of
collagen in our night cream
is derived from halal sheep
raised at a Muslim-run farm
in Australia," said Famiza,
adding that she plans to
expand her business from
Southeast Asia to Europe
next year.
Nearly a quarter of the
world's population are
Muslims and the global halal
business, estimated by a
Malaysian research company
to be worth 635 billion
dollars a year, has expanded
from Islamic countries to
Western nations with growing
Muslim populations.
In France, which is home to
about five million Muslims,
sales of halal food are
forecast to hit 5.5 billion
euros (7.2 billion dollars)
in 2010 according to an
industry spokesman.
The halal cosmetics business
-- estimated to be worth 560
million dollars globally --
is seen by analysts as next
in line for growth after the
lucrative halal food and
Islamic finance sectors.
Mah Hussain-Gambles, founder
of the first halal cosmetics
company in Europe, Saaf Pure
Skincare, said the industry
has also benefitted from a
"green wave" and that 75
percent of her customers are
non-Muslims.
"The principles are the same
-- they want something that
doesn't harm the body, the
purity and that is exactly
the same as the halal
movement," she said.
"I create an eco-ethical
brand which is organic,
vegetarian and halal -- they
are all important elements
to me," she said, adding
that demand "is getting out
of control".
The principles
are the same --
they want
something that
doesn't harm the
body, the purity
and that is
exactly the same
as the halal
movement
"The
enquiries are from
everywhere. Last week there
were enquiries from
Bangladesh, Canada,
Australia, Belgium and
Malaysia -- it's just too
much work."
Abdalhamid David Evans, a
British expert on the halal
business, said more
manufacturers will jump on
the bandwagon as Muslims
choose halal products to
reinforce their identity
while others become more
eco-conscious.
"People are becoming
increasingly concerned about
those things and they become
a marketing issue," said
Evans, of Imarat
Consultants.
"Without a doubt, (the halal
cosmetics industry) is going
to be big," he told AFP on
the sidelines of the first
international halal
cosmetics and toiletries
conference, which was held
in Malaysia last month.
Muslim
Woman Fined For Wearing Face-Covering Veil In Italy
(RTTNews) - A
Tunisian-born Muslim woman
was stopped and fined by
police in an Italian city
for wearing the traditional
face-covering Islamic veil
in public, said officials
and local reports on
Tuesday.
The incident took place
outside a post office in the
northwestern city of Novara,
a strong-hold of Northern
League (NL)-- an Italian
anti-immigration party in
the ruling coalition led by
conservative Prime Minister
Silvio Berlusconi. The party
has been pushing for a ban
on wearing the face-covering
Islamic veil in public.
The woman was stopped by
police when she was walking
down a road with her
husband, wearing an Islamic
face-covering veil. She was
later identified by a female
officer after her husband
refused to let male officers
identify her by lifting the
garment covering her face.
The police then handed down
a 500 euro fine to her,
payable within 90 days.
The fine was imposed under a
bylaw introduced in January
by the mayor of Novara that
bans people from wearing
clothes which obscure their
identity. The bylaw is based
on a 1975 Italian law that
bans people from covering
their face in public.
Italian state news agency
Ansa quoted Novara Mayor
Massimo Giordano as saying
later that the the by-law
was "the only tool at our
disposal to stop behavior
that makes the already
difficult process of
integration even harder".
"But unfortunately it is
apparently not yet clear to
everyone that clothes
preventing the wearer's
identification can be
tolerated at home but not in
public places, in schools,
on buses or in post
offices," he said. "There
are still some people that
refuse to understand that
our community in Novara does
not accept and does not want
people going around wearing
the burqa."

Can
parent convert kids without consent? Malaysian court to
decide
Does a parent
have the right to convert
children without the consent
of the spouse? That's the
question posed by a woman,
whose husband converted to
Islam, before Malaysia's
Federal Court.
The lawyer of the woman,
whose husband was a Hindu
before his conversion,
argued before the court
Monday that 'it is about
family life'.
'She wants the Federal Court
to decide whether it is
constitutional for one
parent to unilaterally
convert the religion of the
children in a marriage. That
is a very fundamental
question and it is an
opportunity for the apex
court to make a conclusive
finding on this.'
The case pertains to the
conversion of Hindu doctor,
M. Jeyaganesh Mogarajah, to
Islam in 2002 after which he
had the sons converted. This
is contested by his wife, S.
Shamala, who is in Australia
with the sons.

series focusing on Indian
cinema May 19-27
highlighting classic films
showcasing Muslim themes,
performance idioms and lyric
traditions.
Called 'Social Dramas and
Shimmering Spectacles:
Muslim Cultures of Bombay
Cinema', the first film
series of its kind in New
York will feature 'Jodhaa
Akbar' on the opening night
along with more than a dozen
other films like 'Mughal-e-Azam',
'Pakeezah', and 'Umrao Jaan'.
Presented in collaboration
with Indo-American Arts
Council and the Indian
consulate, the series
curated by Richard Allen and
Ira Bhaskar, displays the
extraordinary richness of
Bombay cinema.
Spanning films from the
1930s to the present, the
series features historical
spectacles that celebrate
the justice and tolerance of
the Mughal imperium as an
antidote to colonial rule.
The new series follows one
on Satyajit Ray last spring.
Presented are films of
aching beauty that focus
upon the figure of the
courtesan, at once alluring,
romantic and tragic and
stories of Muslim social
life that dramatise the
changing social roles of a
society in transition.

Hindu
vice-president of Muslim Students Association resigns
SOUTH AFRICA: Avish Maharaj,
a Hindu who was elected
vice-president of the Muslim
Students Association (MSA)
on August 8, resigned from
the position a week later.
MSA president Aslam Seedat
said that Maharaj expressed
his admiration for the
hospitality and values of
Muslim students and wanted
to be a part of it.
Muslim students said the
news was well received among
the student population but
raised a few eyebrows in the
broader Muslim community.
"I know that Hinduism and
Islam, as religions, are
worlds apart. But I believe
that there is much
similarity between the
morals and values of the two
religions," said Maharaj in
his speech at the MSA AGM.
"As a Hindu, I believe that
I am capable of promoting
Islamic projects and
values," he said.
"Muslims are moving away
from the mindset that
everything not coming from
us is wrong or not allowed,"
said Seedat.
Zubair Adam, a senior Muslim
student and ex-MSA
executive, said that this
was a great opportunity to
show how diverse Islam is.
"The stereotype that Muslims
are very close-minded and
dogmatic is wrong and the
fact that a Hindu could be
voted in as vice-president
shows that we are open to
everyone, regardless of
faith," Adam said.
Electoral officer for the
AGM and MSA member, Ismail
Bahadur said, “The MSA had
poor support from general
members and struggled to
reach a quorum. Many members
are more interested in a
braai than anything
serious."
A week into the Maharaj’s
term, Seedat informed the
MSA "with great regret" that
Maharaj had resigned from
his position as
vice-president.
Seedat said that Maharaj had
cited "personal reasons" for
the resignation.
Maharaj was contacted for
comment, but no comment was
obtained in time for
publication.

Belgium's
Muslims lash out at ban on Islamic veil
Muslims in
Belgium hit out at a looming
public ban on the full-face
Islamic veil, saying claims
it was being introduced for
security reasons were simply
an excuse to crack down.
"I'm afraid that
soon they're
going to want to
start putting
crescents on the
backs of Muslims
"I think they're trying to
wind us up," Souad Barlabi,
a young woman wearing a
simple veil, said outside
the Grand Mosque in Brussels
around the time of Friday
prayers.
"We feel under attack," she
said, a day after Belgian
lawmakers had voted for a
nationwide ban on clothes or
veils that do not allow the
wearer to be fully
identified, including the
full-face niqab and burqa.
There were two abstentions,
but significantly, no one
voted against it in the
house -- a rare sign of
unity amid a power-sharing
dispute between Belgium's
linguistic communities which
seems certain to lead to
early elections.
The Age
Are
women on their way at last? With the king’s permission,
the debate is hotting up
LIKE all
police forces, Saudi
Arabia’s Commission for the
Promotion of Virtue and
Prevention of Vice, better
known as the Mutaween,
performs a range of tasks.
Armed with
long beards and short
sticks, its agents are most
notorious for two particular
jobs: enforcing the
separation of sexes in
public places and herding
people into mosques at
prayer times.
How shocking,
then, that one of its most
senior officers is
challenging both missions.
Ahmed al-Ghamdi,
who is the head of the vice
squad in the holy city of
Mecca, argues that there is
no Muslim prohibition
against innocently mixing
the sexes and that, since
the five daily prayers can
be performed anywhere, by
individuals as well as in
groups, there is no need to
force shops to close at
prayer times.

Please note that the following program is suitable for
beginners. For the more competitive or serious athlete,
intensity, duration and frequency of exercises need to
be increased!
REMEMBER: NUTRITION IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR
TRAINING REGIME. ENJOY A HEALTHY DIET AND DON'T FORGET
TO DRINK YOUR WATER!
FINAL WEEK OF
TRAINING TEAM - LET'S MAKE SURE WE ARE WELL PREPARED SO
WE CAN GO THE DISTANCE ON RACE DAY!
DAY 1:
This week, make sure you wear the shoes that you'll be
wearing for the race while training. Try to run/walk the
actual course if possible today, taking note of your
time.
If you can't get to the venue, walk the same distance
locally, or at least about 80-90% of the distance.
Healthy Tip: Always keep your body hydrated - carry a
bottle of water with you daily!
DAY 2:
Combine strength and cardio training - Try boxing for
some upper-body work, and skipping for even more cardio.
Do weights for the rest of your workout, targeting both
upper and lower body.
DAY 3:
Head to the beach if you're lucky enough to get there
and get one last session of soft-sand-running under your
belt! If not, try and do the actual course one last time
and see
if you can improve your time.
DAY 4:
On your bike! Head out for a 45min. cardio session on
your bike. A spin bike (stationary) is just as good.
Turn up your resistance from time to time for a more
challenging
workout. If you do not have a bike, use your stairs for
some step-ups and running drills.
DAY 5:
Spend some time in the pool for some toning and soothing
of the muscles. Otherwise, try a gentle exercise or yoga
class (remember you can always borrow a DVD from the
library to follow).
DAY 6:
Have a rest if you feel that you need one, otherwise
enjoy a short walk and make sure you stretch. Make sure
you have at least 8 hours sleep.
DAY 7:
RACE DAY
Have a good, healthy breakfast and give yourself enough
time to get to the venue before start time.... NJOY and
make yourself proud!!
Make sure you stretch after the race, and challenge your
muscles one last time with the tug-o-war &
rock-climbing!!!
REMEMBER TEAM: TRAIN SMART, NOT HARD!!
PLEASE NOTE: The above training program assumes a
healthy participant. Those with medical conditions or
who are not already physically active, need to seek
clearance from their GP before starting any form of
exercise.
Taleem this
week will be held on Thursday 13 May from
11am-12pm at
the residence of
